A Gym Near Hanslope Where Everything Is Possible
Your Local Gym Community, Just Down the Road from Hanslope
If you live in Hanslope and you've been searching for a gym that actually feels like somewhere you belong, we get it. Big chain gyms can feel anonymous, and training alone in your garage only gets you so far. The Mighty One Hundred is based at The Box Studios on Sunrise Parkway in Milton Keynes (MK14 6LS), an easy drive from Hanslope down through the villages, and it was built for people exactly like you: busy, motivated and ready for real results.
We're not a swipe-your-card-and-figure-it-out kind of gym. Every session here is coached, every member is known by name, and every programme is built around your life, not the other way round. Community over isolation is how we do things, and it's why members from Hanslope and the surrounding villages make the trip week after week.
Training for Every Body and Every Goal
Whether you're an athlete chasing performance, a parent trying to carve out an hour for yourself, or someone managing a chronic illness who needs training that adapts to how you feel, there's a place for you here. Our coaching philosophy is simple: everything is possible, you just have to learn to adapt.
We offer 1-to-1 Personal Training for fully tailored coaching, Small Group PT for those who want personal attention with a team feel, and Power PT and Heavy Weight classes for building serious strength. If you like your training with a bit more fire, our Boxing sessions and Bootcamps will push you. Active Stretch keeps you mobile and recovering well, and PT-Led Self Train gives you the freedom to train independently with a coach on hand when you need one.
Head coach Scott leads a team of coaches including Sam, Mass, Michelle, Nuri, Olly and Sonny, so whatever your goal, there's someone here who knows how to get you there.
Why Hanslope Members Make the Journey
Hanslope is a lovely village, but options for coached, results-driven training close to home are limited. The drive to The Box Studios in Milton Keynes takes you straight to a gym where the coaching is proper, the atmosphere is warm and the results speak for themselves.
Our members tell us the difference is accountability. When your coach knows your name, knows your goals and notices when you're not there, showing up gets a lot easier. That's the Mighty One Hundred way: Whatever It Takes, together.
Built Around Busy Lives
We know most people juggling work, family and everything else don't have hours to waste. That's why every session here has a purpose. You turn up, you're coached through a plan designed for you, and you leave knowing you've moved forward.
If you've had a bad week, a flare-up, an injury or just a rough patch, we adapt the training rather than write you off. Progress isn't always linear and we never pretend it is. What matters is that you keep showing up, and we'll meet you wherever you're at.

Frequently asked questions
Where exactly is the gym, and how far is it from Hanslope?
We're based at The Box Studios, Sunrise Parkway, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LS. It's a straightforward drive from Hanslope, making it an easy option for village residents who want coached training rather than a standard commercial gym.
I'm a complete beginner. Will I fit in?
Absolutely. Our members range from athletes to people who've never set foot in a gym, including those managing chronic illness. Every session is coached and everything is scaled to your level. Everything is possible, you just have to learn to adapt, and we'll help you do exactly that.
What's the difference between 1-to-1 PT and Small Group PT?
1-to-1 Personal Training gives you a coach's full attention and a programme built entirely around you. Small Group PT delivers the same quality of coaching in a small team setting, which many members love for the accountability and camaraderie.
Can I train around an injury or health condition?
Yes. Adapting training to the person is central to how we coach. We work with members managing chronic illness and injuries, adjusting sessions to how you're feeling so you can keep progressing safely rather than stopping altogether.
What if I can't commit to a fixed class schedule?
Our PT-Led Self Train option gives you flexibility to train independently with a coach available for guidance, and with a range of sessions across the week, from Boxing and Bootcamps to Active Stretch, most busy schedules can find a fit. We get it, life is hectic, and we'll help you make it work.
