A Gym Near Olney Where Everything Is Possible

Why People From Olney Train With Us

If you live in or around Olney and you have been searching for a gym that actually feels like it is on your side, we get it. Big commercial gyms can leave you feeling like a number, and training alone at home only gets you so far. The Mighty One Hundred is different. We are a personal training and group fitness gym based at The Box Studios on Sunrise Parkway, Milton Keynes (MK14 6LS), an easy drive down from Olney, and we are built around one simple idea: community over isolation.

Our members come from all walks of life. Some are athletes chasing performance. Others are busy parents, people juggling demanding jobs, or members managing chronic illness who need training that adapts to them. Whoever you are, our coaching team, led by owner and head coach Scott alongside Sam, Mass, Michelle, Nuri, Olly and Sonny, meets you where you are and helps you build from there. Everything is possible, you just have to learn to adapt.

What You Can Do At Our Gym

We keep the offering broad so there is a way in for everyone. If you want focused, personal attention, our 1-to-1 Personal Training gives you a coach and a plan built entirely around you. If you thrive off energy and accountability, Small Group PT gives you coached sessions with a handful of others who will cheer you on and keep you honest.

Beyond that, we run Power PT and Heavy Weight classes for building serious strength, Boxing for fitness and skill, Bootcamps when you want to push hard together, and Active Stretch sessions to keep your body moving well. For members who like training independently but still want structure and support, PT-Led Self Train gives you a coach-built programme you follow in your own time. Whatever your goal, there is a format that fits your life.

Handy For Olney, Worth The Short Drive

We know Olney has a strong community feel of its own, and that is exactly the atmosphere we have built here. Plenty of our members travel in from surrounding towns and villages because a gym is only as good as the coaching and the people inside it. The Box Studios on Sunrise Parkway is straightforward to reach from Olney, with parking on site, so getting a session in before work, at lunch or in the evening is genuinely doable, even on your busiest weeks.

Busy is the word we hear most from new members. That is why every programme is designed around real life, not around a perfect world where you have two free hours a day. Short on time? We adapt the session. Carrying a niggle or managing a health condition? We adapt the training. Our motto is Whatever It Takes, and we mean it.

Real Results, Real Support

Results at The Mighty One Hundred are not about quick fixes. They come from consistent, well-coached training, sensible progression and a team of people who genuinely care whether you turn up. Every coach on the team knows your name, knows your goals and notices when you are having a tough week. That human side is what keeps people training here month after month, and it is what actually delivers change.

If you are in Olney and ready to stop starting over, come and see us. Your first step is simple: get in touch, tell us where you are at, and we will help you find the right way in, whether that is 1-to-1 PT, a group class or something in between.
